9:30 AM: Magnesium, potassium, aspirin, tablespoon phenylalanine.
Cold black coffee throughout AM.
1:30 PM: Approximately 6.5 oz. smoked turkey breast with mustard, tablespoon cinnamon, tablespoon cocoa.
Garcinia cambogia, berberine, hoodia, multivitamin. (No Picture)
6 PM: 10 oz. Black Forest ham with mustard, 4 oz. radishes, garcinia cambogia, berberine, carulluma fimbriata,
Diet Coke sipped throughout evening for caffeine.
12 Midnight: HCG drops.
12:18 AM: 7 oz. roasted turkey breast with mustard, 3 oz. radishes, 2 pretzels.
Garcinia cambogia, berberine, magnesium, potassium, mutivitamin, melatonin, diphenhydramine.
Note: Before bed I was experiencing muscle cramps so I took another magnesium, another potassium, 2 ibuprofen, 3 multivtamins (I am currently taking a lightweight Walgreens multivitamin instead of my preferred Personal Radical Shield--hope it arrives in the mail soon--so I don't think I will OD on vitamins with my current mix.)
Recorded steps for April 24: 7024. 2.5 miles.
One item I want to eat when this diet concludes: POPCORN WITH EXTRA BUTTER
