Short version once more: Practicing One Meal A Day, I maintained my weight hovering around 212-215.
I delayed other weight loss methods I wanted to try (fasting, HCG, Gundry) for various reasons.
I compromised slightly on the OMAD, and soon my weight hit 225. 2 meals/day, 5day/week on average.
Rudely informed that my old source of HCG was no longer available, I have not found another source.
Informed by ChatGPT that my touted HCG drops that worked so well were not a viable source of HCG, that human chorionic gonadotropin can not be consumed sublingually. ChatGPT concedes that 24 lb. in 30 days is unlikely to be a placebo effect. (We will revisit this later.)
This next diet will be a fusion exercise starting with a standard Atkinsesque high-protein, ketogenic stage one. I have purged my pantry of opened container sweets and starches. Ate leftover potatoes, carrots, and green beans, and I have about 2 lb. of grilled hamburger and roughly a lb. of grilled beef frankfurters from last night.
