A Compliance Setback Explained

I have mentioned on more than one occassion that I feel better when I eat things that are supposably bad for us (cheeseburgers, fries, chips, doughnuts, etc.) and conversely, I experience problems whnever I consume too many fruits and vegetables. Unfortunately, the preferred foods are fattening and thus, they have an inadvert long-term side effect: weight gain.

Also, I am reluctant to discuss lower gastrointestinal mattters but sometimes, it is unavoidable.  I gave up on vegetarianism years ago because I felt waek but also because I experienced too frequent and too urgent bowel movements.

On the new Last Weight Loss Diet, I was consuming a lot of fruit and vegetables. It caught up with me on Days 10 and 11. I extremely loose bowel movements and one time I almost did not make it. Fortunately, I was at home when these close calls occurred. If I had been in traffic or worse, at work...I would have been remembred as the guy who (snicker. chuckle. lol.)

I purposefully ate some real food on Day 11 (doughnuts and cookes) and skipped on the arginine supplements. I ate familiar foods for dinner and capped off the day with four Reeses Cups. Balance restored. Weight loss diet to follow in the coming days.
