The Last Weight Loss Diet? Phase 2: Day 1 Food Log

 Black coffee and water all day long, a trivial amount of Half-N-Half in one cup of coffee (not enough to negate my periodic fasting in my opinion.)

Around 9:30 PM:

12 oz. of chicken breast (557 calories) fried in a teaspoon of coconut oil (120 calories)

6 oz. green beans (60 calories)

1/2 medium-size tomato (11 calories)

1 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar (on green beans and tomato) (13 calories)

25 bing cherries (105 calories)

1 avocado (322 calories)

Estimated calories for the day: 1188 (noncompliant 800 calorie limit)

Intermittent fasting: Compliant.

One meal a day: compliant.
