Food Log Day 3

Orange, Black coffee

Approximately 6-7 oz. baked Chx breast (a bit over the recommended portion but I don't have a scales and I am not putting an approximate oz. back in the fridge) with a few jalapeno slices. Some celery.

Honeycrisp apple *

Another Honeycrisp apple (exceeding diet plan guideline but when you lose 9 lb. in 2 days, a small celebration is in order.

5.75 oz tuna with a few jalapeno slices. (Oops. Turns out tuna was actually 4 oz. dry weight) One seasoned french fry (mmmm) one white grape (poor impulse control.)

Another Honeycrisp apple

Cup of plain non-fat yogurt, one medium sized tomato.

Somewhere along the way, I ate a second orange. Not sure when.
