Food Log Day 1: Stealth Diet

AM Weight: 242 lb.

7:30 AM: HCG drops.

AM: Water and black coffee.

1 PM: 5 oz. ham, 1 oz. whole sunflower seeds. Hoodia, berberine, magnesium, potassium.

3 PM to 5 PM: Salami and bologna.

Crystal Lite with caffeine throughout evening.

BROKE DIET (ON DAY 1!!!) Pork roast, cream corn, pigeon peas, rice pilaf.

SIGH!
