Food Log: Day 2: Stealth Diet:

AM Weight: 237 lb.

Around 9 AM: HCG drops.

Water and black coffee in AM:

Around 1 PM: .5 oz. vinegar, 10 oz. ham with mustard, 1 oz. whole sunflower seeds, 3 oz. Kimchi, 1 pretzel.

Diet cola in PM for caffeine.

9 PM: 4 oz. chunk lite tuna in water with 1 oz. pretzels (a bit over the magic 20 gram carb limit but I was so damned hungry.) Hoodia, berberine/

Around 10 PM: 4 tablespoons Inner Power arginine mix.

NOTE: Started feeling tired and weak around 9 PM. I attributed it to low caloric intake. However, I would later feel chilled all night and I woke up with a slight fever.

Around 1 AM: 16 oz. tofu noodles, approximately 8 oz. Market Basket salsa. 1 radish, 1 oz. gin with lemon juice.
