(Oddly, due to cold or allergies, my appetite decreased and I skipped a meal two days in a row. I snacked but consumed fewer calories than on most days. My weight jumped by two lb.)
Note: I ran out of HCG on April 21. Morning dose only. Zero on April 22. Resumed April 23.

11 pounds in 14 days.
