Food Log: June 19, 2015

Black coffee, orange.

Approximately 1 lb. ground lamb (pre-cook weight. Off diet but it was on sale.)

Approximately 2 Oz. whole sunflower seeds.

Approximately 5 Oz. breaded chx cutlet, a thimble of mashed potatoes, a thimble of candied carrots

Black coffee, orange

Two cups of plain, non-fat yogurt, 6 oz. of blackberries.
