Food Log: October 13, 2015

Apple

Black coffee

8 oz. turkey with mustard, 6 oz. tuna with soy sauce and wasabi.

Approximately 2 oz. whole sunflower seeds.

Black coffee

Small serving of meat loaf, mixed veggies

1 oz. pretzels.

5 or 6 prune plums, 1 cup of plain, non-fat yogurt.

Approximately 2 Oz. gin.
