Black coffee in AM.
1 PM: 14 oz. shrimp with cocktail sauce.
2 PM: Approximately 2 oz. whole sunflower seeds.
Black coffee and caffeinated diet soda throughout evening.
Sigh. I had to abandon diet tonight. Did not have a chance to prepare anything for myself so I ate a little bit of bread pudding and then a little bit more and then a little bit more....Co-worker mad ambrosia and instead of giving me a regular serving she gave me a large bowl of it. Stupid Cindy girl.
Try again tomorrow.
