Around noon: Unmeasured amount of Bing cherries, two pretzels.
2:23 PM: 10 oz. turkey with mustard, small serving of Kimchi.
Throughout PM: 1 plum, 5 pretzels, one radish.
Around 7 PM: Approximately 20 oz. arginine mix.
Around 9 PM: 1 cup plain, non-fat yogurt, 6 oz. blackberries.
