Got thrown off by misadventures in meat smoking (more to follow) and some tachycardia. Heat might have also contributed to my loss of appetite. High of 91 and I was outside all day smoking meat.
Black coffee and seltzer throughout the day.
6:30 PM: 5 oz pork roast, estimated 3 oz. roasted chicken, one bowl of salad featuring spring mix, pea sprouts, olives, avocado, Monterey Jack cheese served with oil and vinegar.
Please note that I skipped on the proprietary arginine mix. I wanted to does up around 10:30 PM but I also wanted to see if I could sleep having concluded my last food or food substitute (Arginine is many things, including a food) four or five hours before bedtime. It worked.
I was craving my arginine most of the evening. I drank a lot of water to subdue stomach hunger warnings, fell asleep quickly, and slept through the night. Given the quality of sleep, I have to reevaluate the merits of fasting at least four hours before bedtime.
