10:15 PM: A bowl of salad consisting of spring mix, pea sprouts, olives, Monterey Jack cheese, vinegar and olive oil. Approximately 10 oz. smoked chicken (once more I forgot to weigh it.) 4 teaspoons of shredded, unsweetened coconut for dessert.
