Day Two Food Log

Black coffee and seltzer throughout the day.

8:30 PM 4 tablespoons proprietary arginine mix.

9:00 PM A large salad mix Spring Mix, arugula olives, bacon, pepperoni, provolone cheese, and a small amount of walnuts. Topped with olive oil and vinegar. 10 oz. canned chicken with Vidalia onion, curry and mayonnaise. Approximately 4 oz. of roast beef. 1 tablespoon of shredded, unsweetened coconut.
