...Note. I briefly dipped under 230 lb. in early 2004. I fattened up to 230 sometime in the early 1990's and this is only the second time I have been under 230 since then.

Day 9 September 7, 2015...225 lb.
Day 10 September 8, 2015...226 lb. Yipes! last two times I fell under 230, I rebounded real fast. It was discouraging.
