Black coffee, apple, navel orange, three plums, 1 strawberry "Fruit Dip" a few pretzels...These items were consumed throughout the day.

Black coffee, 1/2 peach.
9 oz. ham, raw mixed vegetables (tomatoes, celery, spinach, mixed greens) served in vinegar. 1.5 servings of "Fruit Dip".
That should do it for the day.
