Food Log

I got thrown off schedule due to an abrupt change of work schedule. Could not eat prior to leaving home and had to go to McDonald's. I didn't have to go to McDonald's but given that I was really in a hurry and it was close to my work site, I got the break I deserve.


Clementine, black coffee.


2 double cheeseburgers from McDonald's (430 calories each) Large diet drink

1 oz. pretzels.

2 stuffed peppers (they were good) Crystal Lite, black coffee...


Probably will have yogurt and fruit later

Update: 2 cups of plain, non-fat yogurt, 1 lb. strawberries (minus the stems that were included in store weight) 6 pretzels
