6 oz. chx. breast marinated in lime juice and Mrs. Dash, raw mixed vegetables (tomatoes, celery, mixed greens) in vinegar.
Approximately 2 oz. whole sunflower seeds.

2 cups plain, non-fat yogurt, a large slice of watermelon.
