Note: These were free treats provided by vendors left in our break room at work. Please see the note from the prior day regarding my stomach trouble. The above food items are, in part, an effort to stabilize my digestive system. A return to a comfort baseline.
Note: I once again took my daily arginine supplements. I omitted the arginine yesterday. Even though arginine is familiar, the proprietary mix that I use is acidic and I sometimes skip it when my stomach needs some rest.
Around 10:30 PM:
1 tangerine (47 calories.)
24 bing cherries (96 calories)
A trivial amount (a taste) of cucumber and tomato.
15 oz. of ham (617 calories estimate) sweet and hot mustard (10 calories.)
8 oz. ramen noodles (1000 calories estimate) I should have skipped on this,
a Reese's Cup. And another. and another....sigh
5 Reeses's Cups total (550 calories)
Estimated calories for the day: 2940
Giant sigh. tomorrow is another day.
