Food, Weight Log: April 6, 2016

AM Weight: 223. Ketosis: Trace

AM: Black coffee, approximately 3 oz. Brazil nuts.

1 PM: Eight scrambled eggs with two slices of Provolone cheese, Approximately 5 oz. Jimmy Dean sausage.

6 PM: Diet soda for caffeine.

9 PM: 10 oz. canned chicken.

2 AM: 10 oz. turkey with sriracha mayonnaise.
