The plan was to go to the gym and spend some time on the treadmill but I did not go. I mention this because I put off taking the arginine until right before working out so I consumed my arginine later in the day.
Around 9 PM: 6 tablespoons proprietary arginine mix. 4 pretzel sticks to kill aftertaste (8 grams carbohydrate estimate.)
Around 10 PM: Approximately 14 oz. beef roast with a small serving of the vegetables cooked with the meat. Approximately 3 oz. creamy horseradish (3 grams of carbohydrate estimate.) 2 table spons of shredded, unsweetened coconut. 2 oz. gin with a splash of lemon juice.
