Day 25 Food Log

Starting off feeling subpar. I had muscle cramps that interrupted my sleep. I take potassium and magnesium supplements routinely but with this diet, eating usually just once a day and eating a narrow selection of food, I try to make sure I don't have any nutritional deficiencies.

I also had a problem with my C-PAP mask that interfered with my sleep. Mondays are rough on me anyway because I work late Sunday night and it's a short window until I return to work thirteen hours later. Because my sleep was interrupted by muscle cramps and an ill-fitting C-PAP mask,  I did not do my normal AM routine consisting of Wim Hof breathing exercises and a 4 minute, 24-second shower. I also delayed my chiropractor visit until later in the week.

As the day progressed, I felt better. Around 9:30 I consumed 4 tablespoons of a proprietary arginine mix prior to workout. Why 4 tablespoon instead of my customary 6, prior to a workout? Absentmindedness.

Around 10:45 PM: a chicken thing that was cooked last night that I had suspected was bad. This thigh was perfect. I ate a large lettuce salad with spring mix, pea sprouts, walnuts, American cheese, hard-boiled egg and green olives. All smothered in Ranch dressing.This was followed by 6 oz. of fried ground pork with two slices of American cheese. I also ate 5 pretzel sticks (10 grams of carbohydrate estimate.) This feast was accompanied by 3 oz. gin with a splash of lime juice. Man, I wish I could have another three ounces of gin.

I feel good.
