2:45 PM: 6 tablespoons of proprietary arginine mix, four pretzel sticks (8 grams of carbohydrate estimate.)
Around 6:30 PM: a bowl of turkey soup leftover from last night. Turkey, escarole, mushrooms, celery, two small potatoes. Approximately 7 oz. of meat loaf, a small beef patty (3 oz. estimate) with a slice of cheese.
The only way I can comfortably do the one meal a day program is to eat late at night. No matter what I eat or how much I consume, I will be hungry four or five hours later. So, around midnight, I had a tablespoon of cocoa and a tablespoon of cinnamon to quell the hunger alarms.
