Workout: worked muscles to exhaustion.
Around 9:00 PM: Approximately 3 oz. of chicken breast with olive oil and basil, 7 maple sausage links, a serving of broccoli with olive oil and basil, a serving of cooked cabbage with olive oil and basil. 3 oz. of gin with a splash of lemon juice.
