Day 19 Food Log (Tuesday)

9 PM: 6 tablespoons proprietary arginine mix.

Workout.

11 PM: 8 oz. beef roast with creamy horseradish. Two large bowls of lettuce salad with olives, walnuts, hardboiled eggs, American cheese, vinegar and olive oil.

3 oz. of gin with a splash of lemon juice.

3 tablespoons of unsweetened, shredded coconut.
