Black coffee with butter.I bought some expensive butter that came from grass-fed, better lineage cows. Tried a little of that in my coffee. 2-3 oz. estimate. Seltzer and coffee throughout the day.
Skipped the arginine today. Bad planning.
Around midnight (into June 6, 2020) I ate 1.5 chicken thighs and some boiled cabbage that was flavored with malt vinegar and olive oil. I was really hungry but I stopped eating the chicken halfway through the second piece. It tasted suspiciously "off." Not necessarily spoiled but it was generating warning signs. My wife had frozen the thighs so who knows if in the thawing.... I don't like to speculate.
2 oz. of gin with a splash of lemon juice to kills the noxious aftertaste. 8 pretzel sticks and a spoonful of good butter for the same reason.

1:41 AM. 3 tablespoons of shredded, unsweetened coconut, 1 oz. of gin. the aftertaste just does not want to go away.
