Black coffee and seltzer throughout the day.
7:20 PM: 6 oz. summer sausage.
Around midnight (Into July 20, 2020) A mixture of the remainder of the turkey soup with ground turkey.
Sometimes the woman throws stuff together and it is art. Tonight was not one of those times. She has a little bit of soup remaining so she added a pound of ground turkey to it.
For the record, I ate one bowl, 10 oz. of lean meat with a suggestion of soup. It wasn't awful but it left an aftertaste that was hard to extinguish. I ate five pretzel sticks, a tablespoon of cocoa, a tablespoon of cinnamon, two tablespoons of shredded, unsweetened coconut, three oz. of gin with a splash of lemon juice. Sad to say, the aftertaste is still not entirely defeated. Finally, I ate about a tablespoon of grass-fed unsalted butter. It helped.
I can't blame the woman. Ground turkey, or most low-fat meats for that matter, just don't taste right or set right. Fat is good.
