I had planned on an evening workout on the treadmill but I ended up working till 10 until my usual 8 PM,
Around 10:45: 6 tablespoons of proprietary arginine mix.
11:30 PM: 12 oz. of tuna salad (canned tuna, hard boiled egg, lettuce mayonnaise) 5 breaded fried chicken wings. 4 oz. gin with a splash of lemon juice.
My wife ordered fried chicken wings and she often orders more than she can eat. I hope the breading on the chicken does not take me out of ketosis.[It did not.]
4 oz. of gin is probably too much. At that level it slightly interferes with my sleep 4 to 5 hours after onset. Then again, 10 hours at a stressful job mandates some enhanced relaxztion.
2 tablespoons of unsweetened, shredded cocomut.
