Seltzer water throught\out the day.
A teaspoon of coconut oil around 10:30 AM.
I drank the first cup of coffee black and drank butter coffee for the rest of the day.
5:30 PM: 1 bing cherry. It was good.
7:30 PM: One-half lb. of sliced turkey and ham with creamy horseradish, spice mustard, and sriracha mayonnaise. 3 oz. Utz Hot and Spicy Chicarrones (pork rinds.)
I did have some indigestion afterward that caused me to skip on chicken later tonight. I took liquid antacid and felt better about an hour later.
10:00 PM: Two large bowls of spring mix, celery, cheese, green olives, walnuts,onions, avocado, three hard-boiled eggs, olive oil and vinegar.
Skipped on the gin.
Hope to get arginine in before bedtime..
