I am hoping this will be a brief interlude measured in days, not weeks. My motive is more economical than anything else. My wife does not follow my diet and thus, we have a lot of leftovers: Potatoes, Bing cherries, roasted vegetables as well as things like pecans and walnuts that have a long but not indefinite shelf life.
Usual disclaimer: When you go off a keto diet, it takes about 72 hours to restart ketosis.
I might not be logging my off-diet foods in quite as much detail.

I skipped the arginine on Day 41. It caused some digestive issues (coupled with four bowls of turkey soup) the night before.

When I finally ate on Day 41, I did not pig out. Roughly 1 oz. of corn chips. roughly 1 oz. of pretzel sticks with dip. Roughly 2 oz.of a strange snack food called Pop Corners that is sort of a cross between popcorn and Pringles, 14 oz. of roasted veggies consisting of squash, carrots, and potatoes. I also ate a 3 oz. of summer sausage and finally a cup of flavored yogurt.
I did not feel the need to pig out on anything but I did feel the need to taste a wide variety of foods.
