2:20 PM 5 scrambled eggs fried in coconut oil with a splash of tabasco sauce. 4 oz. raw pecans.
This violates the OMAD protocol but I think the next day weight lifting fatigue called for a little extra food. The 4 oz. of pecans provides about 16 grams of carbohydrate, dangerously close to the 20 grams that could take me out of ketosis.
This meal is a case of listening to my body versus adhering to a rigid regimen.
Around 11 PM: a bowl of lettuce with green olives and covered with ranch dressing. 11 oz. fried pork with onions, 4slices of melted American cheese,
I skipped on the gin. Maybe because I did not work at my stressful job today, I did not have a taste for the relaxant.
