Black coffee and seltzer throughout the day.
Around midnight (into July 13, 2020) 1 bowl of salad left from last night (spring mix, celery, cheese, green olives, walnuts, onions, avocado, three hard-boiled eggs, olive oil, and vinegar.) approximately 4 oz. baked chicken breast with a generous portion of olive oil, approximately 1.5 oz. pork rinds. 3.5 oz. gin with a splash of lemon juice.
I lost my appetite mid-dinner which is unusual because I was really hungry most of the evening. Also, I rarely put more on my plate than I can eat. Tonight, I suddenly felt full and suddenly had upper GI problems.
I took two tablespoons of liquid antacid. So far, so good.
Due to the previously mentioned indigestion, I will probably skip the proprietary arginine mix.
