Around 10:45 AM a teaspoon of coconut.
Black coffee and seltzer throughout the day.
11 PM: Two pieces of baked chicken covered in olive oil, approximately two oz. pork rinds, a small serving of avocado. 3 oz. of gin with a splash of lemon juice. Two tablespoons of coconut.
The small serving of avocado was small because it was overripe. I threw the remainder in the garbage disposal. The baked chicken was not great either. It had been previously frozen and is more like survival food than a fine dining feature.
3 tablespoons of antacid to complete the evening.
