Week 3 Summary

10 lb. in 21 days. Not bad.

1 lb. this week with 100% Ketosis and OMAD compliance. Disappointing.

Significantly, I have started exercising once more. Weight training necessitates rest. I feel great, better than I have felt in years. But man, I do get tired. And man, do I require sleep.
