Tried a little butter in my coffee today. In my view that is not a significant amount of food to be OMAD non-compliant.
Black coffee and seltzer water throughout the day.
3:25 PM: 2 tablespoons of shredded, unsweetened coconut.
3:45 PM: 7 egg cheese omelet fried in coconut oil.
Around 9 PM: 6 tablespoons of proprietary arginine prior to workout.
Around 11 PM: Two large bowls of homemade turkey soup, escarole, celery, mushrooms. I picked out the potatoes. I added a little bit of olive oil. 3 oz. of gin with a splash of lemon juice. I teaspoon of shredded, unsweetened coconut, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.
