A bowl of homemade chicken soup.
20 Bing cherries
2 pieces of gourmet chocolate.
Note: Morning weight = 220 lb. (ugh)
Intermittent fasting compliant.
OMAD: Compliant.
Note: Being on a diet holiday, I was not trying to be compliant with OMAD, but OMAD is now a habit.
