Diet Holiday;:Day 1 Food Log

Black coffee and water throughout the day:

Around 8:30 PM:

16 oz. beer.

A handful of pretzels.

2 cheeseburgers with lettuce, mayonnaise and tomato served on hamburger buns.

1 large slice of lemon meringue pie... the pie wasn't great and left an aftertaste. So I had a package of cheese and crackers and still felt liked I needed something else...at last I ate two pieces of gourmet chocolate.

Estimated calories for the day Not counting but I might add them up later.

Intermittent fasting: Compliant.

One meal a day: Compliant

Note: I don't feel the need to be compliant with intermittent fasting and OMAD on the Diet Holiday but my body has grown comfortable with those habits.
