Around 10:00 PM:
3 chicken thighs with a small amount of barbecue sauce.
Approximately 6 oz. of potato salad.
Approximately 5 oz. of grilled broccoli and cauliflower.
3/4 of an avocado.
2 oz. of gin with a splash of lemon juice
Store-bought single serving apple pie (300 calories)
