Phase 3: Day 5 Food Log

Saturday August 14

Black coffee and water throughout the day:

8:43 PM:

3/4 cup of  raw almonds (Estimated 540 calories)

8 oz. of shiritaki noodles (0 Calories per label)

2.5 oz. of spring mix (Estimated 15 calories)

3 tablespoons of ranch dressing (Estimated 390 calories)

Note: I microwaved the noodles, then I added spring Mix and ranch dressing.

2 Reese's Cups (260 calories)

Estimated calories for the day: 1205 (Noncompliant. 1200 calorie-limit exceeded.)

Intermittent fasting:  Compliant

One meal a day: Compliant.

I count dinner as one meal but it sometimes spans a couple of hours.
